Sous Chef, 2 rosette level, Cotswolds, £32k
The Candidate Requirement: Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate a 2/3-rosette level background, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team. As Sous Chef you must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections and deputise for the (Michelin trained) Head Chef in his absence and have some knowledge of GP’s and hygiene legislation.
As Sous Chef, you should have a passion for quality cuisine, as well as having a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation and staff training and development.
