Restaurant Manager, 3 rosette level, Yorkshire, £35-37k

The Successful Candidate: You will be an enthusiastic and charismatic customer-focussed individual with multi-rosette/Michelin level experience.  Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be required to support the team within this reputed and highly accoladed property. 

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be driven by exceeding customer expectation and the love of good food, served well!

Effective training of and communication with your team, and building relationships with the kitchen brigade will be essential to ensure a high level of hospitality is maintained consistently.  Naturally you will be responsible for working within budgets for the department and will be required to negotiate with suppliers, particularly for wines etc.

It is important that you understand the service levels required therefore you will be currently working in a 3 rosette or Michelin starred Restaurant - and be able to show a stable work history. This role could also suit a current Assistant Restaurant Manager or Head Sommelier within a top level restaurant.
