Sous Chef, 3 rosette/Michelin star level, North West, £40k
The Candidate Requirement: You will be able to demonstrate a 3-rosette/Michelin star level background, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team. As Sous Chef you must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections and deputise for the Head Chef in his absence and have some knowledge of GP’s and hygiene legislation.
You should have a passion for quality cuisine, as well as having a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation and staff training and development.
