The Candidate Requirement: Having worked within a 4 or 5, ideally, Red Star country house hotel you will be aware of the need to paying attention to the fine details that ensure a memorable guest experience. The Deputy General Manager will be presentable and possess an ability to converse confidently with both colleagues and guests. Ideally you will be presently working as a DGM although an Operations Manager seeking progression may be considered. As Deputy General Manager you will be responsible for day to day operations alongside increasing revenue through effective sales and marketing to maximise local and national business opportunities
Our Client: Following an extensive refurbishment programme our client is seeking to establish their hotel as a leading destination in the luxury country house hotel sector. The hotel forms part of a small group of award winning properties with plans for further development
Benefits: A salary of up to £55,000 plus service charge and an excellent management benefits package.
