The Successful Candidate: This fantastic boutique-style Hotel is looking for a Restaurant/Assistant Manager, experienced at 2/3-rosette level, to further develop the service team and the product.  You will be responsible for the running of a busy fine dining restaurant, offering exceptional cuisine, using local produce, to provide diners with the most luxurious service standards and experience possible.  You will be guaranteed the support you need to achieve these goals, with a superb team overseeing the progress.  This is a great opportunity for a current Assistant Manager ready to take a step up and run their own dining room.
