Food & Beverage Manager, Devon, £30k
The Successful Candidate: As Food and Beverage Manager, you should be a competent operator in both C&B and F&B departments, preferably from within a 4 star and rosetted environment. Your ‘mine-host’ approach, outgoing personality and hands-on management style will enable you to oversee all F&B outlets to 2-rosette level. You should be a confident people manager, able to develop the teams, manage functions and work within set budgets. This will be a varied role, where you may be called upon to run any of the F&B outlets – casual and fine dining restaurants, room service, lounge/bar service and function bars, and you should lead your teams by your example. You may also be required to deputise for the General Manager in his absence.
