The Candidate Requirement: We’re looking for a superb Sous Chef with experience in at rosette/Bib Gourmand level, but your passion must be for using incredible ingredients to produce exceptional flavours and present them simply.
Naturally you will be a team leader and motivator, have some understanding of the financial and H&S aspects of the role.
Your background will provide you with the skills and knowledge to get the best out of your ingredients, and your enthusiasm for great European influenced dishes will make you the successful Sous Chef candidate – you’ll work alongside the Chef Patron who has a wealth of industry experience and as such you’ll also learn a great deal.

They are committed to sourcing the best seasonal produce, local wherever possible to create simple, yet exceptional dishes.
