Conference & Banqueting Manager, Midlands, £28-30k
The Candidate Requirement: Experienced professional required to take over the running of an exceptionally busy department, within a highly accoladed and renowned property. Whilst you will be capable of running all C&B events, your main focus will be to push the department forward through the development of standards, training and communicating this to your team. Your ‘mine-host’ approach, outgoing personality and hands-on management style will enable you to oversee all Food & Beverage outlets to 2-rosette level.
