Restaurant Manager, Michelin level, Scotland, £30k
The Candidate Requirement: Well presented, articulate service professional with a thorough understanding of both classical and modern cookery along with a working knowledge of bar and wine service to lead the Restaurant team in delivering first class , friendly service within award winning destination restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will also oversee afternoon tea service within the public areas. Ideally you will have some experience of working in a Michelin starred environment and may presently be working as assistant manager within a starred restaurant seeking progression. You will be able to assume responsibility for ensuring all financial targets and controls are adhered to.
Our Client: Set amongst breathtaking scenery our client offers an idyllic location for anyone with a love of the outdoors. Following a recent change of ownership the property is looking forward to a period of further development and increased business activity.
Benefits: A salary of £30,000, gratuities and meals on duty. Excellent live in accommodation is available at a nominal charge.
