Sous Chef, min 2 rosette experience, Berkshire, £30k

The Successful Candidate: This fab property is looking for a Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available – local wherever possible. You will currently be a great Sous/Junior Sous Chef at minimum 2 rosette level, preferably a Michelin star or 3 Rosettes – and will relish the opportunity to work with a solid team alongside a super Head Chef. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic chef to develop their career within a renowned operation, working alongside a great Head Chef.
