Restaurant Manager, 2-3 rosette level, Cumbria, £28k + grats & Bonus

The Candidate Requirement:  With  previous multi-rosette experience, a keen eye for detail and determination to ensure first  class service combined with a flexible approach to the varied demands of the business. The Restaurant Manager will be able to demonstrate a stable work history with some supervisory experience preferably, though not essentially at HOD level. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of breakfast , lunch, afternoon  tea and dinner. The Restaurant Manager will also be required to assist with some of the exclusive use weddings which form a key part of the year-round business.

Our Client: Set in the idyllic Cumbrian Lakes with stunning lakeside views the hotel has enjoyed a loyal following for many years with a healthy business mix.

Benefits:  A salary of £28,000 plus gratuities, performance related management bonus, meals on duty and uniform allowance.
