Sous Chef, 3 rosette level, Midlands, £30k

The Candidate Requirement: This fab property is looking for a great Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available – local wherever possible.

You will currently be a great Sous/Junior Sous Chef at a 3 rosette level property – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team, you should also have good working knowledge of health and safety legislation, be able to help supervise, develop and motivate a committed team. 

This is a super opportunity for a dedicated candidate, working alongside a superb Head Chef and a devoted team.

The emphasis here is on dinner service, but also encompasses breakfast, and a small number of exclusive-use weddings – you must have the drive to motivate the team and assist the head chef in menu development ideas – whilst making a name for yourself within a superb operation.
