Rooms Division Manager, Yorkshire, to £40k
The Position: The Rooms Division Manager will oversee several areas of the hotel operation including front office, reservations and housekeeping which will include guest accommodation, public rooms and laundry. In addition you will be required to supervise the security, driving and maintenance team and actively monitor all FOH areas are pristine at all times.
The Candidate Requirement: Having gained extensive experience in the luxury hotel market you will form a key part of the senior management team with responsibility for ensuring the delivery of 5 star service standards across front office, reservations and housekeeping. A very discerning eye for detail is an essential prerequisite for this role given the ambitious goals of the hotel owners.
Our Client: A highly ambitious private owner, presently overseeing a major refurbishment programme, which will result in one of the most eagerly awaited launches of a stunning country house hotel and sporting estate. Having begun the process of assembling a management team - headed by one of the most highly respected General Managers in the luxury 5 star market who has extensive experience of managing multi-rosette and Michelin starred hotel restaurants, our client now requires the skills and experience of a Rooms professional to ensure a the massive investment is successfully marketed to discerning corporate and leisure clients
