Operations Manager, Ireland, to £60k

The Candidate Requirement:  Our client seeks a strong candidate with a thorough grounding in all areas of food and beverage to support the general manager within a large country house hotel and sporting estate. Although some experience of front office and reservations would be beneficial the position may be suited to a candidate presently working as a food and beverage manager within a luxury country house hotel. Ability to work closely with the general manager is essential to succeed in this role.

Our Client: Luxury Country House Hotel and sporting estate with enviable reputation for its first class food and beverage operation. The property has enjoyed extensive investment from the owners resulting in numerous awards establishing itself internationally as one of the world’s leading destination hotels.

Benefits: A salary of up to £60,000 dependent upon experience
