Restaurant and Bars Manager, 3 rosette level, to £36k, Wiltshire

The Candidate Requirement:  An experienced and highly knowledgeable Restaurant and Bar Manager, able to demonstrate a steady progression within quality hotels or free standing restaurants to a minimum 3 rosette standard embracing all aspects of food and beverage. As an HOD you will be responsible for all administration covering financial performance, health and safety, staff training and SOP manuals. A sound knowledge of both bar and wine service are essential.
