Food & Beverage Manager, Cornwall, £30k
The Candidate Requirement: Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager you will ensure the highest levels of guest service throughout all outlets and room service. Working closely with the Head Chef you will be a strong communicator and trainer with the ability to share your experience with a young and enthusiastic team. With previous experience of the luxury hotel market, preferably to 4 or 5 star level and strong business acumen you will assist in delivering all departmental sales budgets whilst maintaining firm control of expenditure and stock control. The role offers the possibility for further progression, as such the ideal candidate will be comfortable in overseeing multiple outlets delivering first class service to multi rosette standards.

Benefits: A salary of up to £30,000, free uniform and meals on duty
