Restaurant Manager, 2 rosette level, Herefordshire, to £35k

The Successful Candidate:  This stunning, renowned boutique Hotel requires an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the highly accoladed fine dining restaurant and lounge areas. You must have a passion for cuisine, be able to cope with some volume, have exacting standards and a passion for staff training.

This role would suit an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager currently in a 2 rosette level property – ready to take on their first Restaurant Management role – you’ll work alongside an excellent team and this will be a great opportunity to make your mark, you will be given every support to achieve the highest level possible.

Our Client:  Privately owned 80 bed period property with a central location. Having had major internal refurbishment and being taken under new management and ownership with a plan to develop services and standards across the board including the newly fitted restaurant and lounge offering.
