The Successful Candidate:  This stunning, renowned country house Hotel requires an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the highly accoladed fine dining restaurant, banqueting and lounge areas.

You must have a passion for cuisine, be able to cope with some volume, have exacting standards and a passion for staff training.

This is a ‘peach’ of a job and will certainly add a gold star to your CV! Experience at Restaurant Manager level in a highly accoladed property essential - 3 rosettes and ideally Michelin star level as a minimum.
