Senior Sous Chef, 3 rosette level, Hampshire, £35k

The Candidate Requirement: This relaxed fine dining property is looking for a great Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available – local wherever possible. You will currently be a great sous chef or Junior Sous Chef – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team alongside a super Head Chef/Patron, you will have input into menus creating and delivering dishes to a 3 rosette standard all dishes being made from the freshest local ingredients. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic chef to develop further their career alongside and incredibly talented Head Chef for the right person there may even be share options in the future 

Our Client:  This is a stunning restaurant where you will oversee the food alongside a well-known industry chef service will be attentive but friendly delivering 3 rosette level food in a relaxed atmosphere.
