Restaurant Manager, 3 rosette/Michelin level, Wales, £35k + tronc + accommodation

The Candidate Requirement:  A passionate and enthusiastic candidate with a fine eye for detail and the desire to deliver first class service within this nationally acclaimed fine dining operation. The ideal candidate will have some experience within a Michelin starred restaurant. A flexible approach to the demands of the business as there are also a small number of rooms requiring the front of house team to welcome residents and ensure they enjoy a comfortable stay.

Our Client: A privately owned restaurant with rooms which has now come under the ownership of highly acclaimed chef patron. The owner is seeking to add to its impressive array of accolades and make the restaurant the country’s leading gourmet destination. In addition to its many culinary awards the property has consistently been commended for an imaginative wine list.

Benefits: A salary of up to £35,000 dependent upon experience, plus tronc, live in available.
