Food Services Manager, Cornwall, 3 rosette level, to £30k

The Candidate Requirement:  With previous quality experience, preferably within a luxury 4 star hotel environment, a genuine desire to ensure guest satisfaction driven by your ability to train, develop and motivate the FOH F&B team the Food Services Manager will play a key role in the continued development of this superb waterfront hotel. A warm and welcoming person you will form part of the hotel’s duty management team striving to ensure the smooth running of one of the south coast’s landmark destinations. The Food Services Manager will be well organised and a strong communicator as the role will encompass responsibility for a more casual restaurant located within a sister hotel nearby.

The hotel has won several national awards and forms part of a prestigious marketing group of internationally acclaimed, independently owned  luxury hotels.

Benefits:   A salary of £30,000 plus gratuities and free meals on duty.
