The Successful Candidate:

The successful candidate will be an exceptional Restaurant Manager and team leader, able to bring fresh inspiration and manage further developments.  You must have a quality background, ideally with some 4/5 star country House Hotels and rosette experience to be suitably qualified for this prestigious position, along with the ambition to give this newly refurbished restaurant an identity

 

Our Client:

The Hotel is in a quiet and rural setting, but near to 2 major towns.  Having recently had major investment, this is a busy operation, catering for 30 fine dining covers, a stunning new Brasserie and thriving banqueting trade.  This is an excellent employer who looks after their staff well, as well as being a great environment for career development and making your mark on a newly opened restaurant
