The Successful Candidate: Head Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef to join an exceptionally successful team – you must be capable of running the kitchen on a daily basis have a good understanding of cost controls, hygiene and be able to develop and motivate a team of 6,

You must be a strong all-rounder with senior experience at minimum 2-rosette level,  and have a flair and originality to bring to the team, along with having a passion for sourcing the best produce available and have the ability to create innovative menus that will appeal to the local market – without too much fuss, we’re looking for exceptional produce cooked exceptionally well!

This role could suit a Sous Chef looking to take on their first Head role or a Head chef looking to further develop, this is a stunning opportunity to work with and learn from an outstanding team and be part of an exciting future!
