The Successful Candidate: Head Chef
This stunning, renowned country house Hotel requires an experienced Head Chef to oversee the 2-3 rosette main kitchen, dinner only, Sunday Lunch and Afternoon Tea . You must have a passion for cuisine, be able to cope with menu creation and staff training.
You will have support from a long established Exec Chef who oversees the running of the entire estate’s numerous Food and Beverage outlets – with further investment ongoing, but this will be your ‘baby’ to run.
Experience at Head Chef level in a 3 rosette/1 star Michelin property essential. Great opportunity to make your mark, you will be given every support to achieve the highest level possible.
