This is a great opportunity to run your own kitchen, for this new opening whose goal is to deliver quality French food in a relaxed environment for up to 50 covers. Your background should include 2-rosette/Bib Gourmand level experience as Head Chef (or Senior Sous) at quality brasserie operations preferably with some French style cooking experience, you must be passionate about sourcing the best produce whilst bearing cost controls in mind, you must also have the ability to develop menus and manage the brigade. This is a hands on position and requires you to lead from the front.
