The Position: Head Chef
The Candidate Requirement:
This lovely boutique Hotel, is looking for a Head Chef, with experience at 2-3 rosette level, with a view to gaining accolades.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the running the main kitchen, with the main emphasis on dinner service, but also encompassing breakfast, light lunches, afternoon teas and busy wedding trade
To be suitably qualified for this role you will be Head Chef (or at the very least Senior Sous) in a 2 rosette property.
You should have strong leadership and communication skills and be very cuisine and service oriented. This is an extremely hands on role and demands skill in balancing time and effort, both with clients and staffing. You should have excellent man-management skills and good financial acumen – whilst being a strong kitchen manager to successfully take over the helm of this exciting, new property.
