Superb fine dining restaurant, with solid wedding and afternoon tea trade, part of a small prestigious group seeks a passionate Pastry Chef to oversee a small team in pursuit of further accolades. The Pastry Chef will have proven previous experience within the luxury country house hotel market and have worked in highly accoladed properties. As Pastry Chef you will have a keen eye for detail as well as a passion for local produce. Your CV must demonstrate a solid training in your art with a strong emphasis on quality.
