The Position:                     Food and Beverage Manager               

The Candidate Requirement:    

Ideally, having gained supervisory experience within a high class four or five, preferably Red Star hotel restaurant the successful candidate will be seeking a managerial role allowing them to demonstrate exacting standards and the ability to train and motivate their team to deliver first class service. The F&B Manager will be service orientated and, whilst financial acumen is preferable, you will enjoy the support of an experienced financial controller. The F&B Manager will be responsible for all F&B outlets which incorporate bar, C&B and the multi rosette restaurant which enjoys a loyal following amongst local diners has been regarded as one of the North east’s finest restaurants for many years.

A salary of up to £35,000, uniform and meals on duty


n.b. You must hold an EU Work Permit valid for at least 18 months to be eligible for this role.
