The Candidate Requirement
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in this exceptionally busy “small plates “ operation producing food tom a high 2 rosette level from all organic/locally sourced produce Your CV should show a background of minimum 2 rosette level experience. You should also have good working knowledge of health and safety legislation, be able to supervise, develop and motivate a committed team.
You must have a passion for and understanding of organic farming and for serving the most exceptional produce.
