The Candidate Requirement
This Hotel seeks a strong kitchen manager to take over the helm of this well-respected property. As Head Chef, you should have a passion for quality cuisine and be able to cope with some banqueting (up to 200 covers), A modern 50 cover 1 rosette level restaurant and busy bar trade as well as having a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation and staff training and development. You must be able to demonstrate a stable background in 4 star Hotels and 2 rosette level properties – experience from within a golf club operation would also be beneficial.
