The Position: Pastry Chef


The Candidate Requirement:

We are looking for an exceptional pastry chef to develop the pastry section within this large operation.  You will manage a small team and be responsible for the planning and costing of all menus in conjunction with the Head Chef, whilst controlling all ordering for your department and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to exacting standards. 

Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate a 2-rosette level background as Pastry Chef, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team, you will be required to produce desserts and pastries such as petit fours, ice creams, sorbets, soufflés, canapés, parfaits and several breads.  This is a great opportunity to work with a dedicated and passionate team who are determined to achieve further recognition.
