This fabulous Hotel ranked in the top 200 in the uk and boasting a list of accolades to long to mention is looking for a Head Chef, with minimum experience at 3-rosette/Michelin level to gain further accolades. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the running of the classically styled main kitchen, with the main emphasis on dinner service, but also encompassing breakfast, lunch afternoon tea and a small number of exclusive-use weddings.
To be suitably qualified for this role you will be Head Chef (or at the very least Senior Sous) in a 3 rosette property, you should have strong leadership and communication skills and be very cuisine and service-oriented. This is an extremely hands on role and demands skill in balancing time and effort both with clients and staffing.
