The Successful Candidate:
We require an experienced Sous Chef who can demonstrate some volume and 1-2 rosette level experience. You should have experience as a Sous chef in aiding the Head Chef with costings and running the kitchen within budget guidelines whilst maintaining all legal legislation, you will be well supported as number 2 running this busy kitchen with the Head Chef and you will be responsible for a team of 8-10 chefs working with you.
