The Position: Head Chef
The Candidate Requirement:
This lovely boutique Hotel is looking for a Head Chef, with experience at 1-2 rosette level, to work alongside a dedicated team and lovely owners.
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the running of the main kitchen serving great British classics with a modern twist nothing to OTT here!!! the specials section though will give you a chance to show off your talents further with more fine dining dishes!!!!, with the main emphasis on lunch & dinner service, but also encompassing breakfast, & afternoon tea too as well as a solid banqueting trade –as such you should be a good all-rounder with a calm approach and no stranger to a busy operation. You should be focused, passionate and driven to high standards as well as being well organised. You should also possess a level of financial acumen to ensure that budgets, percentages and margins are adhered to. To be suitably qualified for this role you will be Sous Chef in a minimum 1-2 rosette property.
