The Position:

Operations Manager

 

The Candidate Requirement:

This property seeks a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee all hotel operations including the restaurant, banqueting and bars operations and leisure.  You should have 4-star and rosette experience, be an exceptional host and people manager, mindful of cost controls, have knowledge of H&S legislation, whilst being able to deputise for the Hotel Manager on occasion.
