The Position: Executive Head Chef
The Successful Candidate
You should be a great Exec Chef, with multi-outlet, experience within a multi-million-pound food turnover business you should have experience in planning and costing menus, purchasing of food and Liquor controlling a busy and well-frequented restaurant, complying with health and hygiene legislation and supervising a team of chefs. A background at 1 Rosette would be good, as is the ability to cope with a large volume restaurant, weddings and alfresco dining options
Multiple Food and Beverage outlets serve modern Brasserie-style cuisine, a spa menu and 2 large banqueting suites – everything is produced fresh wherever possible - dishes include the classics along with some lighter options and specials.
