A little about us: We work with our Clients to recruit the best new team members for their business – we cover all disciplines and levels, from Commis Chef to General Manager, Receptionist to Restaurant Manager, Trainee Sommelier to Sales & Marketing Manager (and everything in-between!).
We offer a highly efficient and personal service, believing that by getting to know our client we can ascertain their needs far better.
 

The make-up of our team combines over 80 years of catering knowledge - from Group Executive Chef, Human Resources Manager, Branded Restaurant and Bars Operations, 2 Michelin Starred experience, Front Office and Assistant Management level of Red Starred properties.
We pride ourselves on our successful business; through the knowledge and experiences we have had through our careers, we understand the professional requirements of the industry today.  We can guarantee that all of our candidates are highly recommended, either from our working experience or their personal achievements within the industry.
