The Successful Candidate: Head Chef

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic 2/3 Rosette Head Chef to join this developing operation and be involved in developing the concept – working alongside the MD to develop menus, kitchen plans, source exceptional produce, and put together a strong and competent team. 

You must be a strong all-rounder and have a flair and originality to bring to the team, comfortable with producing a menu offering traditional British dishes along with having a passion for sourcing the best produce available and the ability to create innovative menus that will appeal to the local market – without too much fuss, we’re looking for exceptional produce cooked exceptionally well!

This role would offer a current Head Chef the opportunity to work with and learn from an outstanding team and be part of an exciting future!
