The Position: Head Chef
The Candidate Requirement: Head Chef
Working alongside a superb team, the successful Head Chef will be able to demonstrate a 2-3 rosette level background and have a modern/lite touch to their food with the expected classisc in your bag as crowd pleasers . As Head Chef you must be a competent all-rounder, able to oversee all sections of the kitchen and have strong knowledge of GP’s and hygiene legislation.
You should have a passion for quality cuisine, as well as having a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation, staff training and development. Your CV will show longevity in your previous positions and also experience in some high-volume operations.
This is a great opportunity for a current Sous Chef to take a final step up in your career; you will receive superb training and will work with a highly respected team.
