The Candidate Requirement: Head Pastry Chef
The successful Pastry Chef will be able to demonstrate a 3 rosette level background, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team. As Senior member of the team you must be a competent manager, able to cover the kitchen in the Executive and Head Chef's absence and have knowledge of GP’s and hygiene legislation.
You should have a passion for quality cuisine and a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation, staff training and development. Your CV will show longevity in your previous positions and also experience in some high-volume operations.
