The Position:  Drinks/ Head Sommelier

The Candidate Requirement:  Drinks/Head Sommelier

We’re looking for an outstanding Head Sommelier candidate for this role, you must have a superb pedigree CV – with 1,2 or 3 Michelin star experience, to be suitably qualified for this role, naturally, you will possess a top-class understanding of all aspects of oenology. Effective communication between the Head Sommelier and the kitchen/restaurant team will be essential to ensure high levels of service are maintained and guest expectations are exceeded. You must also be a confident team leader and trainer, happy to lead tasting evenings and make recommendations and run a ship shape bar and cellar.
