The Position:                     Head Waiter                              

The Candidate Requirement:

The Head Waiter will have gained considerable experience within a quality restaurant to a minimum 2 rosette standard. You will be aware of the levels of service and knowledge that are required within a fine dining operation and guest expectations that accompany a luxury hotel environment. The Head Waiter will work closely with both the Assistant and Restaurant Manager, be a clear and strong communicator able to ensure that the team of Chef de Rangs and Commis de Rangs are fully briefed and thoroughly trained
