The Position:                  Bar Manager

The Candidate Requirement:

Well presented, articulate service professional with a thorough understanding  of bar and wine service to lead the Restaurant team  in delivering first class , friendly service within award winning destination restaurant. Ideally you will have some experience of working in a Michelin starred environment and may presently be working as assistant bar manager or junior sommelier within a starred restaurant seeking progression. You will be able to assume responsibility for ensuring all financial targets and controls are adhered to.

 Our Client:                    

 A thriving town centre restaurant enjoying strong year round trade and enjoying a fine reputation for its innovative cuisine and service standards. The restaurant has been awarded three rosettes and , under present management, is seeking to improve all areas in order to further enhance the levels of guest satisfaction.     

Benefits:            

A salary of up to £28,000 inclusive of service meals on duty and the benefits of fixed days off weekly.
