The Successful Candidate

General Manager, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic customer-focussed individual with an excellent quality background (rosette experience is important) to oversee all at this newly refurbished stunning Gastro Pub. Reporting back into the Operations Director you will have full control of the property.

As General Manager should be a good all-rounder but remain hands-on. You should have a good financial acumen and be able to control costs, train and develop the team, as well as have a good working knowledge of health and hygiene legislation.
