The Position - Restaurant Manager

The Successful Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic customer-focussed individual with an excellent quality background (2-3 rosette experience is important) to oversee restaurant operations at this newly refurbished stunning Gastro Pub. Reporting back into the Operations Director you will have full control of all service operations for the property.

As Restaurant Manager you should be a first-class service individual but remain hands-on leading by example. You should have good financial acumen and be able to control costs, train and develop the team, as well as having a good working knowledge of heath and hygiene legislation.
