The Position:  Sous/Head Chef

 

The Candidate Requirement

This boutique restaurant with rooms is looking for an ambitious and talented Sous/Head Chef: someone who is Capable of working at the highest level ( must have starred or 3-4 rosette background)

You will currently be a Sous or Junior Sous at a 3 rosette level/Michelin star property – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team creating mind-blowing food!!!  Working alongside the Chef Patron who sources the best local produce available, wherever possible to produce exceptional dishes that dazzle on the plate, you will also have the drive to help motivate the team and assist the Chef Patron in menu development ideas. As the most senior Chef you must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections.
