The Position:   Restaurant and Bars Manager Mon-Fri

The Candidate Requirement:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to run this busy Brasserie-style facility. You will be a strong hands-on manager with a nice quality background - You’ll be an exceptional host and people manager, mindful of cost controls, have a good working knowledge of health and safety legislation whilst being able to recruit, supervise, develop and motivate a committed team.  You must have a passion for customer service.  This is a super opportunity for a dedicated candidate, working sociable hours and alongside a devoted team.
