The Position:  Senior Sous Chef

The Candidate Requirement:

superb opportunity for an experienced Senior Sous Chef you will be able to demonstrate a 3 rosette level background (ideally some Michelin experience), and have a flair and originality to bring to the team. As number 2 you must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections. You should have a passion for exceptional quality cuisine, menu creation and implementation and staff training and development.
