The Position:  Junior Sous Chef

The Successful Candidate: 

You must be a focused individual with Michelin/high rosette level experience. It is important that you hold an understanding for all sections of the kitchen and be currently working in a 2-3 rosette or Michelin starred Restaurant - and be able to show a stable work history.
