The Position:

Assistant Food and Beverage Services Manager

The Candidate Requirement:

We are looking for a hands-on manager to work alongside the Restaurant and F&B Manager in overseeing the restaurant and bars operations.  You will have 4/5-star background (ideally red star) and some rosette/Michelin experience, be an exceptional host and people manager, mindful of cost controls, have knowledge of H&S legislation, whilst being able to deputise for the Manager on occasion.
